Lead day-to-day management of digital and branding projects for top healthcare and health-tech clients

Build timelines, manage budgets, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and on track

Forecast creative team capacity and identify resourcing needs in advance

Use/track project management tools to maintain visibility across deliverables

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients—facilitating communication, clarifying expectations, and supporting decision-making

Partner with executives, founders, and senior stakeholders with polish and confidence

Negotiate scope and manage changes in alignment with clients and internal leadership

Maintain strong relationships anchored in trust, clarity, and great collaboration

Ensure every deliverable aligns with the original brief, business goals, and creative intent

Support the ongoing strategy of each project, helping teams stay grounded in what matters

Champion quality and consistency across web design, UI/UX, content, visual design, and development work

Facilitate reviews, gather feedback, and ensure teams have what they need to produce exceptional work
