The role involves developing a cohesive content strategy, managing social media accounts, and creating various forms of content to support the company's branding and recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities
Helping build a refreshed and cohesive content strategy
Rebooting and managing BBX social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Creating and scheduling posts across multiple platforms
Writing blog posts, articles, short-form marketing content, and recruitment messaging
Assisting with basic video ideas, graphics, and visual storytelling
Developing content calendars and campaign concepts
Identifying new ways to expand BBX’s digital reach
Ensuring consistent brand voice, professionalism, and discretion
Qualification
Required
Strong writing and storytelling ability
Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and similar channels
Ability to brainstorm creative concepts and pitch ideas
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
Positive communication style and professional demeanor
Willingness to learn BBX's brand, culture, and high-discretion communication standards
Preferred
Experience creating content such as blog posts, social media posts, video scripts, or short-form clips
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other design/editing tools
Understanding of marketing, branding, or recruitment communications
Photography or videography experience
Experience managing or growing personal/business social media accounts
