Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain low-latency C++ components for the data processing and analytics engine
Optimize existing codebases for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with data engineers and product specialists to translate business and market requirements into technical features
Build interfaces for integrating with market data feeds, APIs, and client systems
Contribute to system architecture discussions and future platform development planning
Work closely with leadership and product teams in an on-site, collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
4+ years of experience in C++ development (C++17 or newer preferred)
Strong understanding of multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization
Familiarity with Linux environments, distributed systems, and network protocols
Experience in real-time systems, data pipelines, or financial/trading applications a plus
Must be onsite 5 days per week at the Fairfield, NJ headquarters
