Responsibilities
Provide psychology services to patients, ages twelve to adult, including evaluation and assessment, treatment, education, and consultation to improve clients’ abilities to their highest feasible level
Provide services as part of a care team to assure optimal customer service, and clinical and financial outcomes
Cover a wide variety of medical diagnosis including chronic pain, migraines, insomnia, obesity, irritable bowel syndrome, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and neurological conditions
Provide CBT and/or ACT interventions for pain, biofeedback, group interventions for sleep, pain, and/or eating behaviors, mindfulness, and hypnosis, and intervention for changes in eating behaviors
Qualification
Required
Ph.D., Psy.D in Psychology, current Minnesota license
Experience in Health Psychology or as a Clinical Psychologist a plus
The position requires a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers and others
Preferred
Willing to mentor someone with interest or passion for Health Psychology
