Responsibilities
Own and deepen relationships with leading GenAI and LLM lab customers
Serve as primary business partner across research, product, safety, and leadership teams
Drive renewals and expansions across multiple parallel workstreams
Understand customer priorities, technical roadmaps, and safety risks, and align our solutions accordingly
Lead business reviews and strategic value conversations
Identify whitespace opportunities to grow the partnership
Partner internally with Program Architects, Research, Product, and Delivery to ensure flawless execution
Advocate for customer needs and ensure long-term success
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Account Management, Consulting, Partnerships, or similar roles
Experience working with technical or AI/ML-driven customers (required)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate complex, multi-threaded accounts
Proactive, low-ego mindset
Preferred
Technical fluency with LLMs, AI safety concepts, or evaluations (a major plus)
