Lead integration and performance across large scale healthcare IT programs, driving solution delivery
Drive project activities, engaging across internal and external stakeholders to meet the delivery schedule
Provide leadership in deliverable tracking, requirements traceability, and meeting contractual obligations
Understand business requirements, with the ability to translate business requirements into customer solutions
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in project management
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Expertise in managing project activities within healthcare delivery models and federal environments
Strong knowledge of project delivery, project risk and issues management, especially in federal or government settings
Strong background in project management within healthcare and/or government environments
Excellent communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze needs and identify solutions
Effective team leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
Previous IT support role working in an enterprise
Required travel up to 25%
US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
