Regional Sales Manager

Manage a large geographical area, overseeing Area Sales Managers (ASM)
Drive sales growth of Google Nest’s line of thermostats and smart home products through distributors, wholesalers, and contractors in the Professional (Pro) channel
Measure success on Google Nest sales target attainment
Effectively manage the performance of direct reports via lead generation and pipeline management
Facilitate contractor conversions and impactful training of wholesalers and contractors
Collect data and insights for effective CRM management
Qualification
Required
Experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager
Ability to manage a large geographical area
Experience managing Area Sales Managers (ASM)
Proven track record of driving sales growth
Experience with Google Nest's line of thermostats and smart home products
Experience working through distributors, wholesalers, and contractors in the Professional (Pro) channel
Ability to meet Google Nest sales target attainment
Effective performance management of direct reports
Experience in lead generation and pipeline management
