Will consider recent graduates, and also general litigators with an interest in focusing on labor & employment
Applicants that have experience in employment law ideally have experience including single and/or multi-plaintiff litigation in federal and state court and arbitration, wage and hour, discrimination, and other class-action lawsuits, briefing motions, and handling ESI discovery
