Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Analyze sales data and trends to build accurate dashboards, reports, and forecasts that enhance visibility into pipeline health, quota attainment, and market opportunities
Maintain and optimize CRM and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Partner with finance, IT, and other teams to drive process enhancements and strategic alignment
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, align processes, and support strategic initiatives like territory planning and resource allocation
Maintain transparency by building reports and dashboards that track quota attainment, commission calculations, and overall incentive effectiveness
Develop reporting and insights on marketing and sales campaigns to measure effectiveness, ROI, and impact on pipeline generation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics or similar
2–5 years in sales operations, sales finance, analytics, or a related function
Advanced proficiency in data tools (Excel, BI platforms)
CRM competence (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication to bridge analytics and business needs
