Construction Foreman

They are seeking a Construction Foreman to support the Uranium Processing Facility, responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and coordinating with project teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Complete field walkdowns across the UPF
Execute field completion for fire protection, suppression, piping ana mechanical systems
Ensure timely and safe completion of construction activities and fieldwork
Conduct frequent field walkdowns, climb scaffolds and navigate complex work environments to monitor installation progress
Identify installation restraints, provide practical solutions, and address issues discovered during QC inspections
Coordinate with project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with project requirements

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or a High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience
Must be a United States (U.S.) citizen due to the federal nature of the work
Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed
Must have experience as a Field Engineer or Superintendent
Must be physically able to perform field walkdowns, inspect work in progress, and climb scaffolding or ladders safely and efficiently
Must have experience identifying and resolving installation issues and addressing QC inspection findings
Must be strong at problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Must be able provide hands-on guidance to crews on-site

Preferred

A strong background in piping system execution
Familiarity with NFPA 13/14 codes and standards is preferred but not required; practical field experience takes priority
