Start in 2026 SummerSavannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) is the management and operations contractor for the Savannah River Site, focused on making the world safer through innovative solutions to nuclear challenges. The Summer Facility Support Systems Intern will provide hardware and software support, assist in software retirement efforts, and help onboard new customer software.

Responsibilities
Providing hardware and software field support
Preparing electronic rounds for migration
Supporting software retirement efforts
Supporting electronic inspection development
Providing peer checks of team’s work
Scheduling and conducting walkdowns to support new customer software onboarding
Qualification
Required
Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
Must be a full-time student at an accredited four-year college or university, or within one year after finishing a degree program
Must have completed freshman year of college
Must successfully complete Savannah River Site General Employee Training and substance abuse processing
Preferred
Proficient basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Data Entry
Ability to provide administrative and data support to the Facility Support Systems team
Ability to communicate effectively with others in person and in writing
Ability to work independently and drive assignments to completion
