Responsibilities
Guide the development and execution of comprehensive strategies to generate qualified leads
Drive pipeline growth and contribute to the company's revenue generation and market guidance
Develop and implement strategies to drive Honeywell specification and adoption for Building Automation solutions and electrical distribution equipment
Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and stakeholders at Architect & Engineers (A&E’s), Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) and executive levels at major end users
Liaise with owners, engineering, general contracting and other project influencers to understand project scope and ensure all applicable Honeywell products are included in the specification
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development or sales, particularly in the Data Center or Building Automation industry
Proven ability to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth
Strong relationship-building skills with key influencers and stakeholders
Experience liaising with owners, engineering, general contracting, and other project influencers
Ability to understand project scope and educate stakeholders on Honeywell products
Capability to meet and exceed customer requirements
