1 - 3 Years of appointment scheduling experience and/or provider daily template build experience
Must provide high speed internet access

Must have a noise-free environment to take patient calls
Must be self-directed / self-motivated
Must have excellent communication and possess outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
Must be able to perform a variety of duties often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure
Must accept responsibility for one's own work
Must be able to work independently
Must recognize the rights and responsibilities of patient confidentiality
Must convey empathy and compassion to those experiencing pain, physical or emotional distress and/or grief
