Responsibilities

Play an integral role in the strategic planning and execution work required to provide our Navy clients with big picture ideas rooted in technical and data-driven solutions

Help lead a dynamic team across multiple geographies and workstreams on projects that involve analytical solutions for the implementation of modernization and logistics plans

Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders around the world to work collaboratively to improve communication and workflow

Required

5+ years of experience serving in or supporting the U.S. Navy

3+ years of experience with Naval program, operations, and logistics management

Experience with Microsoft Office products

Knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Systems Lifecycle management and product support principles, concepts, and practices

Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DON) policies and procedures for product support

Secret clearance

HS diploma or GED

Preferred

3+ years of experience with NAVSEA Integrated Warfare Systems

Experience with product support manager functions, including acquisition support, supply support and outfitting, maintenance and readiness support, lifecycle solutions, Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) program management and analysis, and Human Systems Integration (HSI) analysis or training

Experience with program management of major ACAT programs

Experience with the PPBE cycle

Experience authoring and supporting logistics documents to support program milestones, including lifecycle sustainment plan, maintenance plan, and training plans

Experience with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP)

Knowledge of predictive analysis and modeling tools, including cost-benefit analysis and return on investment (ROI) calculations

Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree

PMP or DAWIA PM Level II or III Certification
