They are seeking a Ticket Sales and Service Intern to assist with daily operations, provide matchday support, and enhance the ticketing department's success while gaining valuable experience in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide matchday support for the Ticket Sales and Service Department

Assist with planning of events for our Members, Group Leaders and Premium Clients

Serve as a front office representative for all Ticketing and Luxury Suites needs

Assist the community ticketing team with prospecting business opportunities to activate theme nights

Assist the community ticketing department in sales tables and FEP initiatives on matchdays

Cultivate dynamic working relationships with all members of the Ticket Sales and Service Departments

Support the Ticketing Departments throughout all stages of the sales process, and creation of proposals for premium clients

Assist with creation of premium contracts and proposals

Proactively anticipates and resolves group leader needs tactfully

Required

A recent college graduate or enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and organizational ability

Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information is required

Ability to work simultaneously with a variety of stakeholders and foster a cooperative environment

Ability to anticipate problems and implement immediate corrective action

Strong orientation towards hospitality/customer service for the meeting and entertainment industry

Proven time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills

Must always have a fan-friendly attitude and a professional appearance

Ability to work outside of regular business hours including but not limited to weekends and holidays as required by the FCC game schedule, special events, and projects

Positive make it happen attitude

Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Strong ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced working environment

Strong team philosophy: proven ability to work positively, collaboratively, and professionally within a team and across an organization
