Responsibilities

Be the Customer Champion: Act as the primary point of contact for customer shipments and inquiries
Manage Orders & Shipments: Process purchase and sales orders, coordinate shipping from JM plants and off-site warehouses
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and Commercial teams to meet customer demands
Monitor & Report: Track on-time delivery performance, analyze reasons for delays, and escalate issues when needed
Ensure Compliance: Follow all environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies

Qualification

MRP/ERP systemsInternational shipping proceduresInventory controlLogistics degreeProblem-solving skillsCustomer-focused mindsetCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree (Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred)
Experience in manufacturing operations and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems
Knowledge of INCOTERMS, inventory control, and international shipping procedures
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
