They are seeking bright, talented college graduates for a year-long fellowship program focused on strategic communications, public affairs, and political consulting, providing hands-on learning and mentorship opportunities.

Eligible candidates are undergraduates or graduates able to work full-time from June 22, 2026 to June 18, 2027 (with the possibility of extension up to 15 months or transition to a full-time role)
Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
A proactive mindset and a bias toward action
Grit, a growth mindset, and a good sense of humor
Previous experience in consulting, communications, public affairs, political campaigns, or PR (a plus)
Spanish language fluency (a plus)
