This role offers hands-on experience in optimizing workflows and leveraging data to drive business decisions, working closely with the core Product Operations team and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities
Document, analyze, and propose improvements for key Product Operations workflows, such as Go-to-Market (GTM) readiness or feature release management, to increase speed and consistency
Contribute to the creation of enablement and training materials, ensuring internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, Marketing) are fully prepared and equipped for new product launches or updates
Analyze and report on key product performance metrics (e.g., development velocity, production support efficiency) to deliver actionable insights for program and platform leadership
Manage and optimize core product team tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, internal dashboards), ensuring data integrity and maximizing team efficiency
Help establish and improve processes for gathering, synthesizing, and prioritizing high-quality user feedback from various sources (e.g., surveys, support tickets, conversations) to inform the product roadmap
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency with SQL and excel
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong multitasking skills and ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail
