Responsibilities

Create and implement business plans for achieving revenue growth and other financial targets
Drive sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive product and brand presentations
Identify and lead new business opportunities in the marketplace
Understand, drive, and scale Retail Elevation across our markets and find ways to leverage best in class examples across our teams

Required

Minimum 5-7 years of field sales management experience that includes account management, retail sales, merchandising or sales business analysis
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or higher education in the relevant or a related field
Ability and vision to provide 360-degree business solutions given the dynamic multi-brand retail scenario
Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability
Ability to analyse retail data and translating results into business plans and accurate revenue forecasts
Experience in developing seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
Ability to influence both cross-functionally and vertically within the organization
Proven leadership and teamwork ability toward developing and maintaining high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and organizational layers
Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations, and think strategically by providing solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with a strong working knowledge of MS Excel
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives
