Territory Account Manager
TSP Talent Solutions is engaged in a direct hire search for a Territory Account Manager who has started their pharmaceutical sales career. The role involves expanding presence in the territory, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving customer satisfaction as a product expert in a complex market.

Responsibilities
Champion our pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare providers in your area
Forge and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategically position our products
Deliver compelling product presentations, attend conferences, and support training events
Achieve or surpass sales targets and performance metrics
Stay ahead of the curve with industry knowledge, product updates, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree: An accredited BA/BS degree is required
2–5 years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
Ability to travel within your territory
Preferred
Previous B2B, inside sales, or internship sales experience
Recent experience selling to general practitioners (GPs) and primary care centers
Promoting a specialty product
Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS
Strong analytics experience leveraging sales reporting to develop sales strategies
Ability to embrace change and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
