Responsibilities

Validate that AI-generated insights meet the rigor required by senior decision-makers through a combination of real-world customer engagement and structured QA reviews
Stay close to actual customers, through targeted account involvement, sampling AI outputs, and overseeing calibration cycles with AI/ML teams
Ensure that AI-driven health insights are grounded in real customer behavior and deliver truly actionable recommendations, not just pattern recognition

Required

10+ years of experience in consulting
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience owning interventions with complex customers
Ability to identify risks and manage escalations
Experience developing recovery plans

Experience rallying internal stakeholders to take action for a Customer
Experience validating AI-generated insights through real-world customer engagement
Experience overseeing QA reviews and calibration cycles with AI/ML teams
