Civil Engineer

They are seeking a Civil Engineer to design and manage water infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Design, plan, and oversee culinary water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, reservoirs, and treatment facilities
Conduct analyses, develop solutions, and implement plans for water resource management, protection of assets, and conservation
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, engineering firms, contractors, and stakeholders to support the delivery of a variety of projects from their inception to final completion
Prepare technical reports, develop budgets, and perform easement awareness
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field (master's degree a plus)
Professional Engineering (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within a set timeframe
Proven experience in water resources, infrastructure design, or a related field
Background in long-range planning is a plus
A bachelor's degree in progress (graduation on or before May 2026) or recently earned in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field
Enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges under the direction of professional engineer
Preferred
Internship or project experience in a relevant field is a plus but not required
