Responsibilities
Assist in documenting policies, procedures, and workflows for collections and order-to-cash processes
Help organize and maintain a centralized repository of training materials and process documentation
Participate in team training sessions, capturing updates and ensuring materials are current
Support process improvement initiatives by analyzing gaps and suggesting enhancements
Collaborate with the team to reconcile legacy account issues from recent acquisitions
Gain exposure to A/R systems and learn how technology supports global collections
Qualification
Required
Must be graduating by June 2028 or earlier with relevant course work in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency with Excel
Preferred
Basic understanding of the Order-to-cash cycle
