Responsibilities

Facilitate communication between clinical departments, transfusion medicine physicians, and patient blood management committees

Support multidisciplinary efforts to improve transfusion practices and reduce unnecessary blood product usage

Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient blood management initiatives

Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend evidence-based interventions

Provide data-driven insights to support education and training for clinical staff on transfusion guidelines and patient blood management strategies

Participate in audits, quality improvement projects, and performance reviews related to blood utilization

Required

Bachelor's degree in laboratory science, nursing, data analytics, or related field required
