Responsibilities

Coordinate site visits for professional engineers, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for successful visits
Request and obtain necessary documents and information, including but not limited to tax returns and construction documents, to ensure engineers have all necessary information prior to site visits
Work closely with project manager and client to build and support relationships with building owners
Conduct Allocation Letter calls including handling common objections and securing Allocation Letters
Draft and manage Allocation Letters to ensure they are duly executed and documented appropriately
Serve as a liaison between the project engineer, energy modeler and project manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Required

4-year degree
1 year of professional experience (Tax related industry experience not required)
Verbal and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners

Preferred

Tax related industry experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
