Responsibilities
Perform OS and ServiceNow upgrades / patches and maintaining overall platform stability – Systems include: ServiceNow application servers, ServiceNow MID servers, application load balancers, databases and external connections to other systems
Manage all system resources deployed in AWS government cloud environment for the client self-hosted ServiceNow implementation
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience working in cloud platform environments
Experience with the ServiceNow platform
Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server administration
Active TS/SCI is required
Preferred
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform)
ServiceNow certification
