Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to build and strengthen the partnership between FinThrive and EPIC
Serve as the primary point of contact for all EHR -related partnership activities
Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure seamless integration and ongoing success of joint initiatives
Identify new opportunities for collaboration and innovation with EPIC
Maintain a deep understanding of EPIC ecosystem, priorities, and key stakeholders
Represent FinThrive at EPIC related industry events and conferences
Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to the EHR Channel Leader and executive team

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of experience in healthcare technology, partnership management, or related fields
Deep knowledge of EPIC's platform, operations, and culture
Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships
Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working cross-functionally with product and implementation teams
Self-motivated and independent worker
Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred

Former EPIC employee or significant experience working with EPIC
Experience in healthcare technology implementations or product management
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure performance driven environment
