Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s schedule with rigor and foresight, prioritizing time and engagements that advance company and strategic objectives, in partnership with the President’s EA
Partner with the CEO’s Family Assistant to the Family Office and personal commitments
Anticipate needs and proactively ensure the CEO’s time, meetings, and travel are optimized
Plan and coordinate executive meetings, internal events, and complex travel arrangements
Maintain a polished and professional presence
Represent the CEO’s positive and professional presence in person—whether in-office, at home, or at events
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
Experience coordinating with other Personal or Executive Assistants
Strong judgement
Ability to be flexible and work quickly with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
Demonstrated ability to stay calm and effective in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Tech-savvy and fluent in Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
A positive and collaborative approach
