Required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare required
Experience leading diverse teams, including physician stakeholders, is required
Current unencumbered South Carolina or Multistate Compact Registered Nurse License required
BLS-Healthcare Provider on hire (American Heart Association) required
National certification in identified specialty must be achieved within 12 months of appointment if not current
Preferred
Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business is preferred
Preferred degree can substitute for 2+ years of the required experience
