Responsibilities

Conduct quality control tests on products to ensure compliance with specifications
Assist in the design and development of new products using CAD software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as necessary
Manage projects related to new product development and process enhancements
Ensure all manufacturing practices adhere to safety standards and regulations
Document processes and maintain accurate records of product engineering activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment as a Product Engineering Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and lean manufacturing principles
Experience with CAD software for product design and development
Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement techniques
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues promptly
Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Understanding of safety standards and compliance in a manufacturing setting
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
