Responsibilities
Create detailed tech packs and design specifications for production with overseas factories
Manage product development from initial concept through final delivery
Review samples, provide fit and construction feedback, and communicate adjustments clearly to vendors
Collaborate with licensing partners on creative submissions, approvals, and design alignment
Maintain and update design files, submissions, and production tracking documents
Support the design and production teams with daily coordination and communication
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in graphic or apparel design, ideally within streetwear or casualwear
Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; proficiency in Excel required
Strong familiarity with Mac/Apple systems
Experience working with overseas factories (a major plus)
Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills
Passion for streetwear fashion, design, and emerging trends
Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site full-time
Preferred
Background in licensed product design preferred
