Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of four core sub-teams: Pricing Operations, Pricing Analytics, Pricing Data Science, and Pricing Product Management
Implement price changes, perform QA audits, manage defect resolution, ensure pricing accuracy across the live catalog, and oversee compliance with MAP, price matching, and internal audit controls
Build dashboards, monitor performance, develop insights, and support leadership reviews (WBRs, MBRs) in Pricing Analytics
Develop and maintain elasticity models, generative AI agents, reinforcement learning algorithms, propensity scores, and ASP forecasts in Pricing Data Science
Define the pricing platform roadmap, prioritize improvements, measure business impact, and drive user adoption of pricing tools in Pricing Product Management
Craft a bold, innovative, and ambitious multi-year vision for the team
Solve complex and highly technical problems while demonstrating a high degree of ownership
Communicate complex dilemmas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical leaders
Qualification
Required
MBA or MS degree in Economics, Applied Mathematics, Finance, or a related technical field
10+ years of professional experience with a consistently strong track record and pace of advancement
5+ years of retail or e-commerce pricing industry experience
5+ years directly managing >10 person teams
Expertise working with dynamic pricing, causal inference, A/B testing, machine learning, and generative AI algorithms
Strong written and verbal executive communication skills
