Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, economics, marketing, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
At least four years of analytics experience
Strong SQL skills
Interest in tools like Python or R
Ability to communicate with empathy and clarity
Enjoy teaching others
Feel comfortable presenting to groups with different levels of technical knowledge
Preferred
Experience in direct marketing analytics
Familiar with online advertising concepts
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Databricks, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Tableau, or Power BI
Worked in a media agency, media publisher, or MarTech/AdTech environment
Understand measurement approaches such as Media Mix Modeling or Fractional Attribution
