Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and entertainment partners

Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, CMOs, talent agents, and entertainment executives

Collaborate to create compelling pitch materials, proposals, and tailored activation strategies

Lead client discovery meetings to understand marketing goals and identify opportunities for talent-led campaigns

Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system, providing regular reporting on progress, forecasts, and conversion metrics

Represent the agency at key industry events, festivals, and networking functions to expand visibility and forge new connections

Stay ahead of entertainment, pop culture, and influencer trends to proactively suggest innovative partnerships and campaign opportunities

Coordinate with legal and finance teams to structure deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all partnership terms
