Responsibilities

Develop security plans, generate assessment reports, and formulate remediation POA&Ms

Maintain security documentation in approved DoD repositories

Coordinate security control implementation and assessment activities

Support development of System Security Plans and assessment documentation

Function as technical expert on information system security across multiple projects

Evaluate information system security posture and recommend major improvements

Required

Bachelors Degree is required

Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of related experience in security controls assessments and applying the Risk Management Framework

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED “Secret” Federal or DOD security clearance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong people skills managing a diverse set of stakeholders and direct client management experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues and project goals to both technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to identify obstacles and opportunities that impact the success of plans or initiatives

Experience developing and maintaining trusted relationships with Federal clients onsite

Experience managing direct client engagement team to deliver impactful support to Federal clients

Demonstrated experience in developing security controls artifacts and evidence, including but not limited to: System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, and POA&Ms
