Responsibilities

Driving Water Segment Sales: Lead and grow water solution sales for Low Voltage Drives by developing territory plans, collaborating with channel partners, and meeting/exceeding assigned sales targets
Building Strategic Relationships: Establish strong, multi-level customer relationships to become a trusted advisor and create preference for ABB products
Promoting ABB Solutions: Deliver technical presentations and value propositions to consulting engineers, municipalities, and system integrators to influence specifications and adoption of ABB VFDs
Market Intelligence & Compliance: Provide feedback for product development, maintain accurate CRM pipeline, stay current on industry trends, attend events, and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) with minimum 8 years OR Associate's degree with minimum 10 years of manufacturing sales experience and prior track record of selling into the municipal water industry including selling to consulting engineers
Ability to travel up to 50%
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US

Preferred

Market knowledge in Low Voltage Drives and related systems
Ability to attract, acquire and maintain new customers through detailed product knowledge presentations to decision makers
Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, WorkDay, PMP – Certification
