This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for telecom operations positions, ensuring a strong workforce to meet operational demands.

Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, workforce planning, and role requirements across telecom operations
Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical, field-based, and operational roles
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and ongoing outreach efforts
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage candidate flow and ensure an efficient, positive candidate experience
Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, community events, and networking opportunities to strengthen employer branding
Collaborate closely with HR and operations leadership to continuously improve recruiting processes, hiring quality, and overall talent acquisition outcomes
Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within operations, technical, or telecom related roles
HS Diploma required
Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for high-volume, hard-to-fill, and specialized positions
Strong understanding of telecom operations roles and the technical skills required for success
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience recruiting for roles such as field technicians, network engineers, dispatch personnel, or NOC specialists
Familiarity with telecom industry standards, workforce trends, and operations workflows
Bilingual abilities are a plus
