Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of foam design, development, specification release, acceptance requirements of polyurethane and other foam components used in automotive seating systems
Ensuring foam performance meets comfort, durability, safety, cost, and manufacturability requirements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, testing, materials, manufacturing, and suppliers to deliver innovative, high-quality seating solutions that align with internal and international standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Master Degree (preferred)
Experience in foam design and development
Knowledge of polyurethane and other foam components
Understanding of automotive seating systems
Ability to manage foam performance requirements including comfort, durability, safety, cost, and manufacturability
Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including design, testing, materials, manufacturing, and suppliers
