You will design and manage incentive programs like account opening bonuses and referral rewards to drive new customer growth
You will develop targeting strategies, eligibility criteria, and financial models to optimize ROI, CPA, CLV, and customer quality
You will collaborate across teams to launch, monitor, and evaluate offers while ensuring financial viability, risk alignment, and compliance
You will conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel performance reviews to improve offer effectiveness and product adoption
You will use insights and market intelligence to guide product enhancements, promotional strategies, and strategic recommendations
You will benchmark competitor offers and industry trends to identify gaps, opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge

Required

Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
Deep understanding of deposit products and consumer banking trends
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to assess program profitability and optimize for long-term value
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product strategy, finance, legal, and risk management
Ability to synthesize market intelligence into actionable strategies that support competitive positioning
Comfort presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and influencing decision-making
Proficiency in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement
Solid PC skills with spreadsheet and word processing software, including ability to function proficiently in a Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
