Responsibilities
Work in either a production facility or on a development team
Improve efficiencies of high-speed manufacturing lines or reduce waste
Develop prototype products or process systems and conduct trials to identify improvement opportunities
Provide opportunities for hands-on experience and data analysis
Qualification
Required
Good academic capabilities demonstrated through GPA. Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred
Completion of at least one year of college courses
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive actions to completion
Ability to work through challenging situations or complex problems to achieve goals
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Power BI/Query, Tableau, CAD, SolidWorks
