Responsibilities
Supporting the company’s investment brokerage team by assisting producers and analysts in preparing marketing materials
Conducting market research and comparable analyses
Managing social media marketing initiatives
Utilizing Photoshop
Coordinating and distributing email blasts
Maintaining internal databases (Salesforce)
Collaborating with third-party providers
Scheduling appointments and conference calls
Liaising with vendors to ensure smooth operations
May also include special projects
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Preferred
Proficiency with Sales Force
Proficiency with Microsoft Access
