Responsibilities

Design , code, test, debug, and document software applications based on project specifications and engineering requirements
Perform independent and complex tasks with minimal supervision and provide guidance to team members
Apply technical expertise to application system analysis, ensuring alignment with business and organizational requirements
Design , develop, modify, and enhance software applications to meet evolving project and business needs
Perform systems analysis, testing, debugging, and documentation to ensure software reliability and effectiveness
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for locally developed programs
Evaluate alternative methods for data extraction and determine the best approach for reformatting data output

Qualification

IAT II certificationProgramming experienceFederal Consulting ExperienceApplication development certificationsFederalDoD systems experience

Required

A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency
Candidate must be eligible for a Secret Clearance
IAT II certification, compliant with DoD 8570.01-M requirements. (CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSE, Security+ CE, SSCP, CySA+)
Ability to work 100% onsite in Houston, Texas

Preferred

Previous Federal Consulting Experience
Advanced certifications in programming or application development
Experience with Federal or DoD systems
