Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex programs to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional results
Implement strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Provide leadership and guidance to achieve program objectives
Utilize Agile and 6 Sigma methodologies to drive robust and sustainable process improvements
Support PIT focals in process improvements including JIRA scrum, 6 Sigma methodologies, and ongoing taskforce activities

Qualification

SAP proficiencySix Sigma methodologiesSupply chain processesOperational performanceData managementAnalysisFinancial planningAOPCOGSP&LFinancial reportingSOXInternal controls

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Supply Chain Processes, Finance and Operations, or a related field
4 years of experience in supply chain processes (planning, sourcing, manufacturing and inventory management) and finance operations (financial planning and analysis, AOP, COGS, P&L, financial reporting and analytics)
4 years of experience with SAP proficiency
4 years of experience with Six sigma methodologies
4 years of experience with operational performance
4 years of experience with data management and analysis
4 years of experience with SOX and internal controls
Approximately 30% of travel is required
Employer will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
