Responsibilities
Supports packaging development projects from concept to launch in support of brand and category strategies
Develops, designs, and specifies packaging structures and materials that assist the consumer business sectors in meeting their objectives
Ensures attractive merchandising and safe shipping of products under varying conditions of climate, environment, and different modes of transportation
Qualification
Required
Good academic capabilities demonstrated through GPA. Minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall GPA is preferred
Completion of at least one year of college courses
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive actions to completion
Ability to work through challenging situations or complex problems to achieve goals
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Artios CAD, TOPS and Cape
