Account Executive
Recruiting from Scratch is a specialized talent firm dedicated to helping companies build exceptional teams. They are seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, deliver tailored demos of AI-powered Digital Twin capabilities, and maintain an active sales pipeline while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
Deliver compelling, tailored demos that communicate the value of AI-powered Digital Twin capabilities to technical and non-technical buyers
Lead detailed discovery sessions to uncover business goals, technical constraints, integration requirements, and KPIs
Build persuasive ROI models, business cases, and proposals that tie product capabilities to tangible value
Navigate legal, procurement, and multi-stakeholder decision processes
Maintain an active pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently achieve quota
Serve as the internal “Voice of the Customer,” providing product teams with insights, objections, use cases, and feedback
Partner closely with marketing, sales leadership, and post-sales teams to ensure successful onboarding and expansion
Qualification
Required
2+ years in a quota-carrying Account Executive or enterprise sales role (AI, data, or B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
Track record of closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and technical buyers
High technical fluency—comfortable discussing integrations, APIs, system architecture, and AI/ML concepts
Strong presentation and demo skills across technical and executive audiences
Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling capabilities
Self-starter with the ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
Early-stage startup or high-growth experience is a strong plus
Preferred
Background selling into enterprise product, data, engineering, or operations teams
Experience shaping early GTM motions or building sales processes
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, enterprise data systems, or workflow automation
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and work closely with product teams
