Responsibilities
Perform and lead audit testing and analytical procedures
Prepare and review financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with GAAP
Apply auditing standards and firm methodology to complex engagement areas
Communicate directly with clients regarding audit requests and findings
Support engagement planning, risk assessment, and execution
Review Staff Accountant work and provide coaching and feedback
Manage multiple audit engagements and deadlines efficiently
Identify opportunities to improve audit quality and engagement efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of public accounting experience (audit-focused)
Strong working knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
Experience preparing financial statements and audit documentation
CPA license or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and audit software
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
