Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining the operations, ongoing and new IT Initiatives and upgrades, evaluation of new software, and engineering support for all production, development, and disaster recovery environments
Will design and support ongoing efforts to achieve efficiencies through automation using Powershell
Resolves and appropriately completes assigned cases and change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues
Applies new solutions through research and collaboration with the team and determines course of action for new application initiatives. Implements new software solutions as required by the business
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
Extensive experience managing Windows Server environments, including administration, troubleshooting, security, and network configuration
Preferred
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Windows Server
