Responsibilities
Explore AI-assisted techniques for optimizing optical and electronic link performance
Study AI frameworks applicable to advanced circuit design
Develop models and algorithms to evaluate feasibility of AI-driven design approaches
Implement and prototype hardware demonstrating key research concepts
Document findings and present results to the Opto-Electronic Integration Research Group
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in a PhD program in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
Knowledge of analog circuit theory, and IC Design in CMOS or SiGe BiCMOS technologies
Knowledge of AI/ML Concepts
Hands-on experience and expertise in one of the above domains
Programming proficiency in Matlab or Python
