Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Partner Implementation team, driving accountability and performance across the onboarding funnel
Oversee the implementation of new partners from contract signature through launch, ensuring projects move efficiently through each stage
Foster a culture of delivery excellence and continuous improvement across the team
Establish and enforce standardized project management frameworks (methodologies, tools, dashboards) to strengthen predictability and speed to launch
Identify bottlenecks, proactively mitigate delivery risks, and ensure partners move efficiently through every implementation stage
Optimize resource planning and capacity management to meet aggressive project timelines without compromising quality
Own onboarding pipeline and project health reporting, providing accurate, data-backed forecasts of launch readiness and ARR realization
Deliver regular executive-level reports summarizing project progress, risk areas, dependencies, recovery actions and/or upcoming milestones
Partner with Sales Ops and Finance to align on project cadence, delivery metrics, and revenue recognition
Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, Partner Success, Technical Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless handoffs and coordinated partner launches
Provide feedback and data-driven insights to improve partner implementation processes and cross-team efficiency
Drive strategic initiatives to shorten launch cycles, increase delivery confidence, and standardize onboarding playbooks
Define, track, and report on key onboarding KPIs to continuously improve delivery timelines and deployment success
Represent the Partner Onboarding function in strategic planning and organizational operations forums, ensuring alignment between execution and business goals

Required

6+ years of experience in partner onboarding, client implementation, or project management — ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
3+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success in coaching teams to deliver high-impact results under tight timelines
Proven success in driving operational efficiency and forecasting accuracy
Advanced understanding of CRM, project management, and workflow tools (Salesforce, Atlassian, Smartsheet, or similar)
Excellent communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making
