Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of innovative solutions, provide architectural guidance to project teams, and define the technical vision for projects
Provide technical expertise, help resolve complex issues, and ensure adherence to architectural standards and guidelines
Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints
Manage and mentor a team of architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Proactively identify and mitigate technical and project risks
Ensure that solutions meet key non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, performance, and compliance standards
Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, technical guidelines, and best practices
Drive process optimization across the organization and ensure solutions support best practices, like CI/CD pipelines
Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their fit within the organization's ecosystem to drive innovation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience required
Extensive experience in technology, with a minimum of 7+ years in the industry and 3+ years in a leadership role
Prior Project or Product management experience
Prior Azure DevOps sprint planning and code base management
Prior Code Review experience, self, and other team members
Experience building, testing, and implementing CRUD, MVC and Web API's
C#, JavaScript, jQuery, .Net core, .net, Kotlin, Spring working knowledge, 1+ year experience
Microsoft SQL server maintenance and creation
PowerShell and other scripting platform knowledge and usage
Website operation, hosting, maintenance, and creation experience
Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure, AWS, Blockchain)
Networking experience (DNS, WAN, VPN, Firewall configurations)
Concept knowledge such as availability, scalability, maintainability
Internet Information Server (ISS) experience
High degree of professionalism in customer service and client interactions
Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
Ability to assign tasks to the appropriate resource
Preferred
Relevant cloud certifications are a plus
